Marketing Manager - Collegiate Hotel Group

Collegiate Hotel Group®, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Graduate marketing team to support property marketing for our collection of hotels.

Position Purpose

The Marketing Manager will oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives at multiple independent and lifestyle hotels. They will be responsible for concepting and executing property-specific marketing efforts, activations, partnership and more.  This will include cultivating relationships with local partners, as well as executing all organic marketing and brand realization onsite. The Marketing Manager will support promotional press efforts and generate brand awareness via social media platforms. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, outgoing, a creative thinker, and enjoy working in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive traffic to the hotel and on-site dining through concepting and executing dynamic marketing plans inclusive of advertising, email campaigns, local events, programming and sponsorships
• Develop relationships with local like-minded businesses to create meaningful partnerships. Interact and build relationships with the community to generate brand awareness and engagement
• Establishing marketing standards for our portfolio food & beverage concepts including but not limited to rooftop concepts and lobby bars and restaurants within Graduate Hotels portfolio
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support F+B operations and meet overall F+B objectives and ultimately drive revenue and awareness.
• Work directly with operations teams to ensure brand promotions and marketing are implemented; create new local level promotions to drive revenue and awareness.
• Assist with property marketing and promotions by being involved in design and creation process for promotional materials such as offers, e-blasts, advertising and collateral
• Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral and OS&E
• Direct PR, social and Digital Marketing Agencies as applicable
• Identify and vet new ideas and guest experiences, and work with operations team for rollout
• Support any additional facets of marketing as needed to drive performance
• Provide marketing expertise to the executive management team

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill
