Accounts Payable Specialist / Processor

The Falls Club of the Palm Beaches is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Accounts Payable Specialist/Processor!

Essential Duties

* Responsible for processing vendor accounts payable for club and member billings

* Input high volume of invoices into Jonas POS systems

* Preparing and distributing bills to facilities

* Perform check runs and electronic payments

* Various account reconciliations

* Manage vendor inquiries in a courteous and timely manner

* Assist in the annual 1099 processing and audit requests

* Special projects as necessary

* Regular and reliable attendance

* Enforces established policies and procedures for accounts payable function

* Performs other duties as required

Education/Experience

* Associates degree preferred

* 3-5 years of prior high-volume AP experience required

* Knowledge of AP principles and practices; basic bookkeeping procedures including use/sales tax, 1099 reporting and general ledger reconciliation

* Previous multi-currency experience

* Strong Microsoft Office skills- Word, Excel, Outlook

* Jonas POS systems
