Managed by Crescent Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a dedicated. reliable and detail oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service our guests have come to expect.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. Your commitment to ensuring a spotless and inviting environment will contribute significantly to our guests’ satisfaction and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture, windows, and fixtures.
• Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, beverages, and linens.
• Remove trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
