Bartender

Description

The restaurant team at Inness is seeking a warm, organized bartender to work alongside our accomplished beverage manager and passionate sommelier. We have a cozy jewel box cocktail bar, main restaurant bar and a pool-side bar. The ideal candidate will have a perspective on the current cocktail culture and world of spirits. 

Responsibilities

Provide excellent hospitality to our guests and customers, understand our bar standards and procedures.

Ensure smooth and efficient bar service while making cleanliness, organization and teamwork a priority.

Requirements

Ability to mix drinks with a full bar and understand the state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol.

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs, ability to walk up and down stairs while carrying things, comfortable accessing bar tools and products from low and high places.
