Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the portfolio
- Drive direct sales efforts, corporate partnerships, and group bookings to optimize occupancy and ADR.
- Oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and digital/social media initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with property leadership teams to recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
- Assisting the property sales team to grow existing accounts and generating new business
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
- Build, develop, train and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and community leaders.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales and marketing leadership role within the full-service hospitality industry or multiple properties.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Must be able to demonstrate successful track record of leading multiple teams in exceeding revenue goals and achieve excellent market position.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The individual will possess excellent judgment, maturity, and the highest level of ethical standards.
- This key leader will be expected to demonstrate the ability to take on an expanded long-term leadership role for the company as it continues to evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Must have 5-7 years’ experience working with Marriott, Hilton and independent brand experience and experience in a regional or corporate position.
- Have working knowledge of brand and industry tools and resources.
Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 based on experience
