Landscaper

General Purpose

Provides for the care and maintenance of the turf area, ornamental trees, shrubs, bedding plants, and flowers.

Essential Duties

Education/Experience

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Frequently stands and walks; uses hands to finger, feel or handle; reaches with hands and arms; stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls; talks or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs and balances, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather); near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles, with toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally experiences vibration.

Certificates/Licenses: Valid Driver’s License
