Key Responsibilities Of The Steward

Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications For The Steward

No prior experience required but will train.

Other Qualifications

ServSafe certification preferred.
Regular and Reliable attendance

Mystic Dunes Golf Club, located outside of sunny Orlando, Florida is a 4 ½ star rated, 72-par public course. The course was designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst, Gary Koch and offers players two distinctly different but equally challenging and enjoyable nines.

Visit us for 80-foot elevation changes, rolling sand dunes, beautiful oaks, and vast wetland areas. Our “low country” style back nine is reminiscent of classic Carolina courses, meandering through native wetlands and marsh areas, bordering oak and cypress forests.
