Echo Valley is searching for a high energy, skilled bartender that understands how to manage a room and has a skill set to serve a table. This position should have worked at a fairly active bar/restaurant and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service. This is a relaxed and fun atmosphere that does not have the normal long nights that most bar/restaurants have. If you have very good bartending skills and can provide the three E’s (effort, energy & enthusiasm) and would like to work in a fun environment then Echo Valley would be a great place for you!
Key Responsibilities Of The Lead Bartender
- Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
- Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
- Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
- Occasionally serves meals to guests.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications For The Bartender
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
Other Qualifications
- Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
- Alcohol Awareness Training.

Renovations made during the past few years will all be experienced in the 2023 Golf Season. A brand-new irrigation system was installed on the Creek 9. Additionally, improvements were made to the control system on the Ridge 9, and the mainline was replaced. The pump station was replaced with a new Watertronics Station along with 3 new pumps and motors and a full dredging of the irrigation pond. The bunkers on all 27 holes have been rebuilt as Capillary Concrete bunkers with new sand imported from Ohio. The Creek 9 will reopen with all new greens surrounds and several fairway bunker changes and drainage improvements.
