Tennis Court Maintenance

Job Summary

• Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of all tennis courts including but not limited to : sweeping, lining, and debris removal, Pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepares the tennis courts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
• Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in log book.
• Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
• Must have ability to multi task.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Possess a valid FL driver's license with driving history to meet insurability standards
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior similar tennis court maintenance experience is preferred
