We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, passionate, energized, and committed Prep/Line/Sauté COOK that can be a member of our team and that will contribute day-to-day to the success of our fast-paced operation. We’re not looking to hire for the sake of hiring — we want to add an individual to the team that is truly going to enhance our operation and that takes pride in his/her work product. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medium/high-volume kitchen is required. Commitment to sanitation procedures is a must. Ability to work as a positive, contributing member of a team is absolutely required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prep Station with all necessary items for service
  • Prepare, Cook and Plate all items according to SPCC standards
  • Ensure Quality of all Products
  • Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift

Qualifications and Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Must work well with others
  • Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
  • Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Lift 50 lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
