Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bistro Attendants for both AM and PM shifts. The Bistro Attendant plays a key role in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in the hotel's Bistro restaurant.

Responsibilities:

AM Shift:

1. Set up and prepare the Bistro for breakfast service according to established standards
2. Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and assist them with menu selections
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
4. Prepare and serve breakfast items, including beverages, pastries, and hot dishes
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Bistro area throughout the shift
6. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
7. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
8. PM Shift:

1. Set up and prepare the Bistro for dinner service, including arranging tables and chairs
2. Welcome guests and provide recommendations on menu items and specials
3. Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately
4. Prepare and serve dinner items, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
5. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
6. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas after each guest's departure
7. Assist with closing duties, including cash handling and inventory reconciliation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
