The Warm Springs Pools Scheduler will work to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest and relax, while also educating each guest on the history, mineral properties, and benefits of soaking in the thermal spring. This position is responsible for accurately booking and confirming appointments, greeting guests, providing tours,as well as checking guests in and out of the Warm Springs Pools.

• Checking guests in and out, as well as providing guest orientation
• Scheduling appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
• Cash handling
• Responsible for opening and closing of all areas of the Warm Springs Pools
• Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation, and resort/activity information to our guests
• Educating guests regarding history, mineral properties, and benefits of soaking in the Warm Springs Pools
• Maintain a clean, aesthetically desirable and safe environment which meets the Omni Standards of Operations
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard
• Other clerical duties as needed

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include: AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
