Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated marketing strategies that support room, F&B, spa, and activity revenue goals
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and EOS Hospitality on campaign development, seasonal promotions, and brand positioning
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and web platforms
• Oversee performance of digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, display, and paid social
• Manage agency relationships, providing clear briefs, feedback, and performance goals
• Guide campaign content and creative direction in partnership with the Creative & Digital Marketing Manager
• Analyze marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to DOSM and leadership
• Manage the annual marketing calendar in alignment with sales and revenue strategies
• Coordinate with internal departments to promote on-property initiatives, events, and experiences
• Present campaign performance, insights, and forward-looking strategies to EOS and property leadership

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Demonstrated success in partnering with sales and revenue leaders to align marketing with business goals
• Experience working within a management company or multi-property environment a plus
• Comfortable presenting and collaborating cross-functionally with both corporate and property-level teams
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in executing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
