YOUR IMPACT
As a Room Attendant, you are more than just a keeper of cleanliness—you’re a creator of comfort. With meticulous attention to detail and genuine pride in your work, you'll help us provide a flawless environment that reflects our high standards and exceeds our guests’ expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare your housekeeping cart with all the tools and essentials needed for a productive day

• Greet guests and fellow team members with warmth and professionalism

• Thoughtfully clean and refresh guest rooms to luxury brand standards, with care given to every detail

• Restock room amenities and linens, ensuring every guest feels considered

• Report maintenance issues or room damage so we can resolve them quickly

• Handle lost and found items respectfully and promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including hallways and back-of-house spaces

• Follow all health, safety, and security guidelines to ensure a safe experience for all

• Support your teammates and lend a hand wherever needed—because we’re stronger together

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine desire to create a welcoming, pristine environment for our guests

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift

• Comfortable pushing housekeeping carts and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train you to succeed
