With a rich tradition of excellence, Salt Creek Club boasts 12 clay tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, 6 platform tennis courts, and a 6-lane swimming pool. Position: General Manager

Salt Creek Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for its members and staff. The GM will provide strategic leadership, manage daily operations, and maintain the club’s reputation for excellence in facilities, programs, and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all club operations, as well as overseeing all department heads from racquet sports, swimming, grounds, and membership.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional service.
• Maintain and improve club facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and top-tier functionality.
• Assist in the development and execution of membership growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, industry regulations, and local ordinances.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in club management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a member-focused approach.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Background in racquet sports, aquatics, or private club management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
