Position Summary: The Regional Director of Operations will oversee the operational performance of Santure Development Group's hotel properties within a designated region. This leadership role is responsible for aligning the goals of owners and investors, hiring and developing a diverse team, and maximizing revenue without compromising guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that each property operates efficiently, maintains brand standards, and delivers exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to hotel General Managers to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.

• Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all properties while maintaining a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Team Development: Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hotel management professionals, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.

• Brand Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with the standards and expectations of partnered hotel brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, and Intercontinental Hotels.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Align operational strategies with the goals and expectations of owners and investors, providing regular updates and reports on performance metrics.

• Market Analysis: Utilize knowledge of local markets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging over 10 years of experience in various regions.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role overseeing multiple properties.

• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with recognized hotel brands and a strong understanding of brand standards and compliance requirements.

• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

• Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive revenue and profitability.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and adapt to changing market conditions.

• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various properties within the designated region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel development projects and understanding of the development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with the Tampa, Florida market and surrounding regions.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar credentials.
