Job Summary

Our company is growing, and we are currently seeking a full-time Vice President of AT Hospitality to join our team. This newly created position will establish Executive Management for the company. The Vice President will be responsible for the overall growth and financial success of the Mixed-Use Development and The Summit Hotel. Additionally, this role is crucial for driving innovation, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring the highest standards in entertainment programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of real estate development in upscale mixed use, including restaurant and hotel is required.
• Restaurant Industry Expertise: A good understanding of the full-service casual plus restaurant segment and its operations is crucial. This includes familiarity with best practices in various areas such as food and beverage, guest services, training and development, marketing, and financial management.
• Operational Excellence: A proven track record of achieving operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and enhancing profitability. This includes expertise in optimizing cost management, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining consistent service and quality standards across all locations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term goals and objectives. Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies, identifying market trends, and adapting to changing industry dynamics is valuable.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Experience in managing P&L statements, cost control, and financial performance is important.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to innovate and identify opportunities for improvement with proven problem-solving skills and adaptability.
