The Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing key partnerships, and ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the marketplace. The Director will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to create and execute initiatives that promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and unique value proposition. Additionally, this position works closely with senior leadership to establish long-term business objectives, track performance metrics, and optimize the hotel’s overall market position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
