Your Opportunity Awaits

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a front desk agent in a hotel
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel sales operations
Familiarity with hotel booking system OPERA and basic computer skills
College Degree
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do

As a valued member of the Capri Laguna team, you will play a key role in hotel sales, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area.
