What You’ll Do:

• Tasting Room Operations:

1. Provide our guests with an optimum tasting experience while communicating to them about the wines and brand messaging of our emotional evocative wines.
2. Work with Operation Lead to actively manage capacity constraints.
3. Execute the different tasting experiences available for our guest.
4. Communicate with guests about Wine Club opportunities and encourage membership.  
5. Communicate any guest issues to the Management and work together to rectify these issues.
6. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that conforms to the aesthetics of White Rose Estate.
7. Manage the guest experience through enforcing the management vision for the condition, orderliness and cleanliness of the property.  
8. Trains and develops tasting room staff to encourage staff engagement and messaging skill.    
9. Work with Operations Lead during staff hiring process to identify suitable candidates.
10. Work with Operation Lead on scheduling tasting room staff.
11. You will follow White Rose Estate uniform aesthetic and ensure the staff is also following.

• Other Sales Activities:

1. Support Operations Lead to coordinate and execute Winery Events.
2. Support Operations Lead in e-commerce activities.
3. Work with Operations Lead on distribution requirements.
