Become Our Operational Maestro

Are you a captivating leader who inspires outstanding performances? Do you possess an innate ability to boost profits, drive revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction? If this is you, then we absolutely need your expertise! Your role will be instrumental in steering our hotel towards success, managing and perfecting our operations.

Your Role in the Limelight

As the star of our show, you’ll be:

• 10 years of Marriott or IHG experience preferred.
• Engaging with guests and associates with genuine southern hospitality.
• Maintaining our hotel’s pristine appearance, from the inviting lobby to the cozy guest rooms.
• Guiding the Guest Services Manager, Operations Manager and Food and Beverages Manager towards success.
• Aggressively pursuing revenue goals while managing operational expenses.
• Directing the hotel’s internal and external communications and record keeping.
• Being the first responder in case of emergencies at our premises.

We value dedicated, team players with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly phone manner. We appreciate commitment, accountability, and a strong personal brand. Be prepared for the occasional weekend and holiday shift, and be excited about attending 2 - 4 training courses per year. Your professional appearance and friendly demeanor are non-negotiable!

Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus
