Job Summary: Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated and professional Utility Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all guests and staff. This position will require open availability including weekends and holidays through September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

Assist culinary staff with plating and transportation of food for individual functions as needed.
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and areas, including dishware, glassware, and cooking equipment.
Manage trash and recycling bins from each outlet, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen restrooms and locker rooms.
Fill out dish machine logs and ensure dishwashing machines are operating correctly.
Clean and sanitize kitchen coolers and discard outdated items.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Assist with the transportation of necessary stock from the main store to the kitchen areas.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
