The role covers (2) seasonal properties. The Food and Beverage Manager a self-started, well educated, trained and high-end experienced Hands-On professional is responsible and accountable for overseeing two Food and Beverage limited departments.
Seasoned leadership skills, high-end Operational and financial expertise in new concept planning and development and implementation is required for this Hands-On professional.
The role is not an Office job per se, time management is essential. The position is a solo position, assisted by respective teams, no Assistant Manager. The position is required to travel as needed between the two locations as part of supporting both properties’ efforts.
The minimum requirements include new Food and Beverage concept planning, development and implementation proved methodology, including costing, pricing, menu engineering best practices, Budget(3) development and compliance, team focused training and leadership skilled to develop and maintain the highest Food and Beverage quality and Brand standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 3 years in same role as F&B Manager for high-end hospitality properties, or 5 years high-end hospitality properties leadership experience including 2 years as Assistant F&B Manager and 3 years as F&B Manager directly responsible and accountable for the departments. 2 years minimum tenure per position. Only hospitality-hotels-resorts experienced.
High-end Hotel/Resort F&B Restaurant opening/s experienced.
Elite-Event management experienced.
Proven experience in high-end food and beverage management, budgeting and operations.
Seasoned leadership skills, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, POS, Micros.
Active 2025 ServSafe Manager Certification (Michigan).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
