As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and enhance our guests' experiences.

Job Summary:
The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining financial performance. The GM will be a key leader in our team, managing day-to-day hotel operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring adherence to our high standards of guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of department heads and staff, ensuring a high level of collaboration and performance.

• Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and responsiveness.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor revenue and expenses; implement strategies to improve profitability.

• Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive occupancy, promote the hotel, and ensure competitive positioning within the market.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and industry best practices.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term business strategies to enhance hotel performance, increase guest satisfaction, and improve revenue generation.

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's presence in the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

• Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and business partners.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and other related software.

• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is a plus.
