Your Responsibilities as a Key Leader

Recruit, hire, and train new managers within your designated area
Provide guidance and recommendations to hotel general managers to address operational challenges
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving quarterly objectives
Implement strategies to minimize costs and optimize labor efficiency
Conduct regular evaluations of hotel operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency

Qualifications for Success

Must possess a dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic personality
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a General Manager role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire staff, provide constructive feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in computer skills and understanding of revenue and management principles
