Hawks Cay Resort, the premier destination in Duck Key, Florida, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic F&B team. As we unveil an enhanced resort experience in January 2025, we are committed to delivering world-class hospitality through innovative dining experiences and exceptional service.

Position Overview:

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive service standards, revenue growth, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all food & beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee the daily activities of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events to optimize efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement innovative dining experiences, menus, and promotions in collaboration with culinary leadership.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability, while achieving budgeted targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to feedback and continuously enhancing the dining experience.
Collaborate with resort leadership on strategic initiatives to elevate the food & beverage offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience in a luxury resort or high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar management, and banquet services.
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive revenue, and control costs effectively.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
