Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.

• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide treatment regimens in accordance with state laws and regulations.

• Provide personalized consultations and advanced wellness treatments, including BHRT pellet insertions.

• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and treatment options.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, Health Coach, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Stay current with medical advancements and participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (for NPs) or a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PAs).

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (e.g., ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs).

• Valid state licensure to practice as an NP or PA in California.

• Minimum clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
