The Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.

• Regularly maintains and updates the paint, wallpaper, plaster, and other finishes in all public areas and guest rooms.
• Ensures the hotel dcor remains in excellent condition.
• Cleans work areas thoroughly upon completion of tasks.
• Completes the Daily Work form as required.
• Possesses a strong understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols.
• Familiar with and adheres to all Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

• 1 year of experience as a commercial painter or hotel painter experience, preferred.
• Flexibility in availability to meet the hotel's needs.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, using various painting materials like paints, plaster, and other finishes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Willingness to work on holidays and weekends, with a schedule that may vary based on business and operational demands.
