What you will do as our next Restaurant Server

• Be the “face of our company” as you are an ambassador working directly with our guest to help them feel cared for and welcome
• Showcase your attention to detail as you serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food in accordance within the quality and control standards for Prominence Hospitality.
• Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

What you need to be successful as a Restaurant Server

• Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
• Taking customers’ food and drink orders
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock and rotating beer selection.
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
• Ensuring guest satisfaction with service and food at all times.
• Recommending, making and delivering desserts guests.
• Leaving your shift with the restaurant looking clean and organized at the end of shift.
• Keeping positive and always smiling at guests
• Communicating positively with the kitchen and bar to give our guests the best experience possible.
