Think of yourself as part concierge, part financial wizard, and part hospitality hero.

Your night-time adventures will include:• Creating magical moments for guests, from helping with late-night requests to ensuring their stay exceeds expectations• Mastering our hotel systems to handle check-ins and check-outs with style• Balancing daily transactions with precision (your inner accountant will love this part!)• Crafting detailed reports that keep our operation running like clockwork• Being the champion of guest satisfaction when the unexpected happens

What You Bring to the Table:• A high school diploma and a year of customer service experience (hotel experience is a bonus!)• The ability to turn conversations with guests into connections• Computer skills that would make any tech enthusiast proud• Knowledge of local hotspots and hidden gems to share with our guests• Spanish language skills? Even better! (but not required)
