Who are we looking for?
Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting new opportunity as our Lead Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator in the Brand Operations Department – Core Brands. As a key member of our Brand Operations Department – Core Brands, you will support the engagement and activation of brand programs and initiatives designed to elevate guest satisfaction, program engagement, and franchise support efficiency across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale properties. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining hotel/customer-facing brand programs and initiatives that support each brand’s strategy.

This is a leadership role that will report to the Senior Director, Brand Operations. You will have 4 peers and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Lead Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator, you will be based in our Minneapolis, MN office.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
