The Bell Attendant at Arlo Chicago plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to guests during their stay.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements and luggage storage.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas.

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with Chicago area attractions and transportation.
