Your Role

Your culinary expertise and creative flair will take center stage as our Executive Chef. Your day-to-day tasks will involve leading the operations of our restaurant kitchen, and working in unison with the property and corporate teams to create a top-notch culinary experience for our guests.

With your strong organizational skills, refined leadership experience, and unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, you'll be the guiding force behind our dining experience. Collaborating closely with our property management team and the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage, your vision will shape the taste of our lodge.

Must have the stamina to stay on your feet for extended periods, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligibility to work in the United States is a prerequisite.
