Black Fox Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help oversee our dynamic dining operations. If you're a hospitality professional with a passion for excellent service and leadership, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support the restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
Ensure top-tier guest experiences through exceptional service and team leadership.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain Hilton and Black Fox Lodge standards.
Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in food and beverage leadership preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A guest-first mindset and passion for hospitality.
