Hampton Inn General Manager
Remuneración: $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus bonus

D&S Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced General Manager for our Hampton Inn, located in Ashland City, TN, approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville, TN. We own and operate several properties in the Nashville surrounding markets and have deep roots within the community.
The Hampton Inn Ashland City is a three-year-old hotel in Nashville's growing Ashland City sub-market. The hotel consistently leads in occupancy and ADR while scoring outstanding in Hilton's QA inspections.
Our General Managers are the top leaders in our market. We seek a hospitality professional with a proven track record of success and experience within the major hotel brands. Our ideal candidate will be sales and service-focused and able to manage multiple facets within the hotel. The primary function of our General Manager is to be the team leader and drive sales through service, marketing, community involvement, and all available avenues.
Core Duties:
· Lead a highly effective team that exceeds our guests’ expectations and meets all company and brand standards. What makes our properties exceptional are the leaders and their teams.
· Develop, administer, and control the property’s revenue and expense budgets.
· Develop a sales strategy based on historical and future trending data that attains given revenue goals.
· Maintain a positive online reputation with third-party review sites by ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Develop an annual forecast and meet or exceed agreed-upon goals within a 10% variance.
· Facilitate the daily revenue management strategies, ensuring maximum market penetration.
· The ability to manage all the daily operations of the Front Desk, Housekeeping,
Maintenance, Breakfast, Sales, and Executive departments through a hands-on leadership style.
· Serve as the on-site HR manager adhering to strict local, federal, and company policies.
· The ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
· Achieve outstanding quality assurance scores during brand inspections.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years GM experience or 3 years AGM experience with a major branded hotel, preferably within the Hilton brand.
· Must have a proven track record of success with service scores and market share penetration.
· Standard knowledge of state and local laws and all major federal employment laws.
