What You'll Do (Besides Save the Day)

✅ Wrangle groups, banquets, and events with the skill of a rodeo champion

✅ Juggle vendors, clients, and last-minute requests (while making it look effortless)

✅ Translate vague emails like “We need a fun, but professional, but casual, but elegant setup” into actual event magic

✅ Ensure everything runs smoothly, from AV to appetizers, while making it all look easy

✅ Smile through the chaos, even when someone asks if the event space can be "just a little bigger"

What We're Looking For:

🔹 A master planner who thrives on timelines, details, and spreadsheets with 3-5 years of experience

🔹 The patience of a saint and the adaptability of a cat landing on its feet

🔹 Strong “herding cats” experience (aka managing large groups of people)

🔹 A hospitality guru who can charm clients, coordinate with chefs, and still have time to check the room temperature (yes, they will complain)

🔹 Someone who can pull off a 10-hour shift with grace and a strategically hidden coffee stash
