We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with a hospitality background to join our team as a Receptionist and Conference Room Specialist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as making a positive impact on the Conference Rooms’ performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and upselling skills.

Duties:

- Receiving visitors, clients and potential customers. 
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Providing information about products, services, and company policies
- Processing reservations for internal and external clients.                                                         - As Conference Room Specialist ensures seamless operation of meeting spaces, from client consultation and booking to technical support and post-event follow-up.                                   - Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed
- Be proactive to anticipate client's needs and be able to upsell services
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation                                          

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required (fluency and clarity are an absolute MUST)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues quickly.                                            - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.                                                                    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
 -Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
 - Professional appearance and acumen                                                                                     - Punctuality is a MUST
