Our line cooks play a crucial role in our kitchen, requiring a blend of communication and culinary expertise. You will work across various stations, from appetizers to desserts, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing ones.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Demonstrate leadership skills and advanced culinary knowledge in high-pressure situations.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Comprehensive knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Requires great communication skills.
3 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Requires moderate supervision and training, may be required to give direction in the absence of a supervisor.
