As a Front Office Agent, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining the resort's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Greet guests courteously and perform check-in and check-out procedures using the PMS
• Manage room inventory, availability, and coordinate with housekeeping
• Provide information about hotel services, products, rates, promotions, and hours of operation
• Handle reservations, billing, and guest requests, and monitor resort pass check-ins
• Respond to arrival emails and Helix notifications promptly
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest safety and security
• Conduct inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain security of guest keys and cash drawer, verifying cash at the end of each shift
• Monitor guest accounts for discrepancies and notify supervisor of suspicious activities
• Complete daily shift audits, balancing work to systems and maintaining front desk organization
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Training/Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior front desk experience preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented, guest-focused environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments and balancing cash
• Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Good hearing and vision, with or without corrective lenses
