The Parkview Hotel is in the heart of it all, between Syracuse University and Downtown Syracuse, offering travelers the perfect combination of comfort and service in a boutique hotel that’s clearly individual.

The Parkview Hotel is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have previous basic working knowledge of: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and general Carpentry skills while conducting preventive maintenance of facility and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times.
Have the ability to multi-task between on-going projects and daily work orders.
Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Two years of Hotel Maintenance experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders.
Must have availability to include Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays.
Must have reliable transportation as you will be traveling between both Hotels
