Spending a few years traveling internationally, Kristie developed a passion for hospitality during her time spent opening and working for various contemporary restaurants and boutique hotels across England. Coming home with an expired visa and a love for the industry, she managed a local restaurant close to home. Seeking a new challenge and a change of scenery, Kristie stumbled onto Trading Post Brewing Co. online and packed her bags again. A lover of the outdoors, good food, and craft beer, Kristie can be found at our Abbotsford Eatery or out lost somewhere on the trail.
Quinn SchneiderFort Langley General ManagerQuinn Schneider He started his career in hospitality in 2012 with Cactus Club Cafe as a table busser. From there he quickly moved through the ranks and became a member of management in a year. He assisted in opening 3 locations for the company before leaving to pursue his passion for wine. After consulting for restaurant wine lists for a year, he opened an Italian Restaurant in downtown Edmonton as General Manager, and another in Walnut Grove the following year. Quinn brings a passion for culture, service excellence and guest experience to the Trading Post Eatery.
