Libby EllingtonVice President of Human ResourcesLibby is responsible for a wide variety of duties as HMC’s Vice President of HR. She oversees the administration and management of Human Resources at HMC Corporate and their managed properties. This includes supervising property Human Resources Administrators, as well as overseeing recruiting, hiring, training and orientation, employee database maintenance, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements, participation in property transitions and new hotel openings, and the execution of employee relations activities.
Libby brings over 10 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry and holds a degree in Hotel, Travel and Tourism. Her knowledge and background in field operations and corporate administration has helped facilitate her transition into the Human Resources department. With the ever-changing labor laws, Libby continually meets these challenges by attending HR seminars at every opportunity.
Bill SullivanCFO/PartnerAs a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer, Bill is responsible for all corporate financial activities of HMC including the procurement and administration of all corporate and property group insurance programs, retirement benefit programs, loss prevention systems and trademark licensing. Additionally, Bill oversees federal and state tax administration and reporting, legal relationships, and corporate financing arrangements. He also serves as HMC’s Director of Information Systems and is directly involved in the selection and installation of new information technology systems, application servers, networks, property management systems and other IT related systems.
Bill possesses an extensive and diverse background with over 30 years of hospitality industry experience as a financial professional. His previous industry knowledge includes a Vice President role with Meristar Hotels and 13 years with Metro Hotels in a variety of corporate and property positions including serving as VP of Property Accounting where he was responsible for the financial operation of 16 hotels and over $80MM in total revenues. Prior to that, Bill held various regional and management positions in the hospitality industry.
