Jeff HaroldsonGeneral Counsel & Chief Operating OfficerJeffrey Haroldson is the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Bridgeton Holdings. Mr. Haroldson is responsible for all legal matters, including those related to investments, transaction structure, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Haroldson is also responsible for various other operational and administrative responsibilities. Mr. Haroldson has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, COO, fund manager, investment banker and lawyer originating and overseeing complex major international businesses and transactions. Mr. Haroldson’s substantial experience in commercial lending transactions, public and private debt and equity offerings, and investment management includes experience in acting as attorney, banker, manager, investor, and borrower. Mr. Haroldson’s legal career began at the international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy where he was a member of the Banking Department specializing in banking and securities regulation and transactions. In 1994, the global banking group HSBC recruited Mr. Haroldson to serve as General Counsel of the Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets (“CIBM”) businesses for North America responsible for legal and compliance matters for a wide variety of financial services businesses, including Treasury, Fixed Income, Equities, Investment and Merchant Banking, and Wholesale Banking.
