The Ann, Savannah is centrally located on Ann Street in downtown Savannah, with spacious residences that are designed to meet the needs of today’s traveler. Formerly the Ann Street Lofts, a heavy timber construction apartment building, the space is being redesigned and relaunched as design-forward residences for business or leisure travelers seeking a home away from home. Each apartment-style space will include private bedroom(s), separate pet-friendly living spaces, full kitchen and washer/dryer, accommodating guests for trips of any length. Bespoke local touches throughout create that neighborhood feel from arrival, bringing the culture of Savannah into the apartment. Guests will be welcomed by a host – available 24/7 - into a stylish lobby, and enjoy amenities including an expansive fitness center and outdoor space.
